Due to the changes of science and technology in developing countries, had made a lot of changes in these countries. Though still we have many problems that's needs to be solved for better life of these countries.
In solving any problem you need to how and in what extents the problems spreads, these needs research to be conducted on the issue of poverty, street children, HIV spreads and Innovation of science and technology among people of Africa. The research comes out with answers to those barrier for any struggle on eliminating problems and area affected most. through these it will be easy to know number affected with action to be taken.
This is among the things enforce Dr Jovin to start DATACARE COMPANY as one way of helping those who have the mandatory of dealing with these issues.
The Company started Jan. 2011 in Dar es salaam and later expands to other regions. Up to now we have offices in different region here in Tanzania: Mbeya, Arusha, Tanga, Mwanza, Iringa, Mtwara, Pwani and Dodoma.

1. Dr. Jovin F. Nkelame is acting Managing Director at DATACARE COMPANY LTD. Dr. Jovin had completed his Bachelor degree since 1999 with awards in Bsc. In Civil and Transport Engineer at UDSM. From there he took further studies at Bradford University (U.K) with Master degree in Business Administration Majoring Financial Sectors.

Dr. Jovin took his PHD on International business Relation. Data study and management is the area which influence any action to be taken for the development of any society. There is non organization that deals with people without knowing the number extent of needs. Also most of project fails because of the failure in Preparation of the Project from write up by assigning most credential areas and how management will be handling the project through the whole Life Cycle. (Phases), all of these enforce him to establish a company that will eradicate the above mentioned areas.

2. Mr. Sunday F. Nkelame is currently acting Data Manager at DATACARE COMPANY.

Mr. Sunday had completed his Bachelor degree awarded Bsc. In Telecommunication Engineering at UDSM 2009, from there he took Postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at UDSM awarded 2011. Now Mr. Sunday is taking Masters Degree in Business Administration majoring Finance at UDBS-UDSM. Before joining DATACARE Mr. Sunday was M&E Coordinator at Startimes.

3. Mrs. Judith Mgasse Is currently Marketing Manager at DATACARE COMPANY. Mrs Judith is now taking MBA-Marketing from Open University Tanzania, The first degrees was B.A with Education from UDSM (2009) before joining BICO-COET and pursue Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and awarded in the year 2011.

4. Mr. Amour is current IT support and System administrator at DATACARE COMPANY. Mr. Amour posseses Diploma in IT from UCC-UDSM where he graduated 2008, he also attended several courses in ICT and awarded certificates. The courses includes Compt A+, CCNA and MCSE. Before joining Data care, Mr. Amour was a Network administrator at Satectz company.
